HOWEVER, there are even more places where a husband and a wife are listed as one entry, which would more than offset those duplicates. The net total, therefore, is about right.
I'm not sure on that one. I've heard of a handful of different ideas of presenting the petition, complete with names and comments, at different meetings coming up. So, I think it safe to say that it will be presented in due time (though I'm not always privy to the specific whos, wheres, and whens).
